Hamilton Lane Taps Billion-Dollar Private Wealth Pool in Taiwan

Hamilton Lane Inc., a US asset manager specializing in private-market investments, plans to sell funds in Taiwan to access the growing wealth pool there.

The Pennsylvania-based firm will distribute all six of its open-ended private-market funds in Taiwan through local channels. The company oversees more than $1 trillion in assets and is expanding its Taiwanese client base beyond local insurers to wealthy individuals.
