Eco World Development Exceeds Guidance With Record 2025 Sales

Eco World Development Group Bhd. full-year sales surged to a record, surpassing the group’s own target by 30%, driven by stronger demand for its high-end serviced apartments, shop offices and industrial land deals.

Sales for the year ended October rose to 4.55 billion ringgit ($1.1 billion), while net income grew 44%. The developer, citing confidence in Malaysia’s property sector, also increased its full-year 2026 annual sales target to 4 billion ringgit.
