Hemnet Battles Stock Slide as Rivals Chip Away at Its Grip

Hemnet Group AB’s biggest two-day stock rally in 17 months has done little to shed its status as one of the worst performers in Europe this year, after a slump that has costBloomberg Terminal Sweden’s top property website its place in the region’s equities benchmark.

The shares have risen as much as 11% in the past two trading sessions after the company gave more details on two initiatives to address the challenge of vendors using free alternatives. They’re still down 48% in 2025, putting them on course for the steepest annual decline since the firm’s initial public offering four years ago.
