Global Funds Turn Buyers of Indonesia Stocks as Outlook Improves

Indonesian stocks are poised for their first quarterly inflow of funds from foreign investors in more than a year, as confidence improves over Southeast Asia’s largest market.

Overseas funds have bought about $1.7 billion worth of Indonesian equities in the current three-month period so far, on a net basis, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. That would mark the first inflow since the quarter ended September 2024.
