Former Toronto-Dominion Banker Sues for Post-Cowen Firing

Mark Ferguson, a former managing director in the equity capital markets business at TD Securities, is suing the bank for wrongful dismissal, according to court filings seen by Bloomberg News.

Ferguson had worked at TD in its Toronto office for nearly 17 years before he was let go last year, according to a claim filed with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on Nov. 17.
