Goldman to Double Size of Birmingham Office With 500 More Roles

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. will add 500 roles to its Birmingham office in the coming years, doubling its headcount at the Midlands outpost in the UK.

The Wall Street giant also said in an emailed statement Thursday that it will bolster its financing activity in Britain, noting that it had “several billion pounds ready to be committed” in areas such as artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure.
