Engie Is Poised to Lose Multibillion-Euro Paris Heating Deal

A consortium of Electricite de France SA’s Dalkia, Eiffage SA and RATP Solutions Ville, which Le Figaro newspaper said was on track to win the 25-year, €15 billion ($17.4 billion) deal, declined to comment ahead of a final vote by the Paris council next month.
