Stellantis May Fully Exit Comau in Sale to One Equity: Corriere

Stellantis NV may exit industrial automation company Comau entirely, handing full control to One Equity Partners, Corriere della Sera reported Saturday, without saying where it got the information.

US private equity firm One Equity Partners bought a majority stake in Italy-based Comau from the automaker last year.
