PPHE Hotel Group Ltd., the real estate company behind Park Plaza Hotels in Europe, said it plans to invite bids as it launches a strategic review.

London-listed PPHE has hired Rothschild & Co. to advise the board on ways to improve shareholder value, it said in a London regulatory filing Friday. It plans to study a range of options, including the possibility of introducing “growth capital” into the business or its portfolio, or a sale of part or all of the company.
