This week, the chief executive officer of the kingdom's state-backed tech firm, Humain, is headed to the White House as part of a mission to convince the Trump administration to give the country access to the cutting-edge American chips it needs to pull off those deals and become one of the largest artificial intelligence infrastructure players in the world.
