The German tank-maker also wants to increase its operating margin to over 20% by the end of the decade and to reach a cash conversion rate above 50%, Papperger said. To achieve these goals, the company plans to sell a division that specializes in automotive parts in the first half of 2026. With bids due by Christmas, three potential buyers are in the mix for the civilian-facing business. The manufacturer will also finalize major investments in ammunition making and digitization in 2027.
