Tusk Says Russia-Linked Ukrainians Behind Polish Rail Blast

Speaking in parliament on Tuesday, Tusk called the incident “probably the most serious” act of sabotage in the country since Moscow’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022.
