Databricks Inc. is in talks to raise funds at a valuation north of $130 billion, the Information reported, underscoring persistent interest in the providers of AI tools despite growing warnings of an industry bubble.

The startup will likely raise from $3 billion to $5 billion, the publication said, adding that Databricks is weighing an offer from Insight Partners to lead the round.
