The son of deposed Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi freed in Lebanon after a decade behind bars is now seeking to travel to South Africa, according to a spokeswoman.

Hannibal Qaddafi, who’d been held on accusations linked to the 1970s disappearance of a Lebanese cleric during his father’s reign, was released last week on bail of $900,000 following an intervention by Libyan officials.
