Manhattan’s 35 Hudson Yards Sold for Roughly $540 Million

Related Cos. and its partner Oxford Properties Group sold part of 35 Hudson Yards, a Manhattan tower that houses the Equinox Hotel.

Japan’s Mori Trust Co. bought 38 stories of the tower for roughly $540 million, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified citing private details. The rest of the 92-story building is made up of for-sale residences.
