Franklin Resources Inc. Chief Executive Officer Jenny Johnson said artificial intelligence is moving even quicker than she expected to improve efficiency across the finance industry.

“I think this is faster than even I thought it was coming,” Johnson said in an interview on the latest episode of Leaders with Francine Lacqua. AI will make the investment process “much more efficient and effective.”
