Algeria’s Flag Carrier Adds Boeing, Airbus Jets for Tourism Push
Algeria’s state-owned carrier is set to receive about four dozen aircraft in the next few years as the once-isolated desert nation tries to jump-start its nascent tourism industry.
Air Algerie will take delivery of 32 planes, including eight Airbus SE widebody A330s and eight Boeing Co. 737 narrowbodies, to build an expanded international network serving destinations in China, Malaysia and Africa.
