US Stocks Rally on Supreme Court Tariff Hearing, Private Data

US stocks advanced on Wednesday as investors examined the latest private data releases and a Supreme Court hearing on President Donald Trump’s tariffs.

The tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 Index closed 0.7% higher in New York, rallying from the prior session’s losses. The S&P 500 Index finished the session with a 0.4% gain. The Cboe Volatility Index hovered at around 18.
