Princes Group Plc’s initial public offering is expected to price at the bottom of the marketed range, indicating caution as London seeks to revive its listings market.
The shares are expected to be offered at £4.75 apiece, according to terms seen by Bloomberg. They had been marketed at £4.75 to £5.90.
