Vietnam’s coffee output in 2025-26 is expected to be 10% higher than the previous crop year if weather conditions remain favorable, an industry group said on Friday.

Good weather has supported the growth of coffee trees in the world’s biggest producer of the robusta variety, while rising prices have encouraged farmers to invest more in crop care to achieve higher yields, the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association, known as Vicofa, said in a statement at a conference in Ho Chi Minh City.
