The Louvre in Paris will remain closed on Monday after thieves stole several pieces of priceless jewelry in a daring daytime robbery, the museum said in a notice on its website.

French authorities were still searching for the individuals, who entered the building on Sunday and took artifacts including tiaras, necklaces and earrings.
