Raila Odinga, Who Made Five Runs at Kenya Presidency, Dies

President William Ruto announced Odinga’s passing in a broadcast address, describing him as a “giant of democracy.” He died in India after suffering a heart attack, the Nairobi-based Star newspaper and other Kenyan media outlets reported.
