Serbian Leader Lashes Out at Turkey Over Drone Deal With Kosovo

Kosovo defended its purchase of Turkish-made kamikaze drones after Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic accused Ankara of violating international law, further straining relations between the two Balkan nations.

Vucic said the shipment of Turkish-made Skydagger drones was an attempt to “restore the Ottoman Empire,” in an unusual criticism of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a leader with whom he’s long maintained close ties.
