Dutch Prosecutor Summons Pension Fund Over Dividend Tax Evasion Suspicions

Dutch prosecutors have summoned a foreign pension fund over more than €200 million ($232 million) in suspected dividend tax evasion.

The unnamed pension fund reclaimed and received dividend withholding tax from the Netherlands tax authorities between 2013 and including 2018, the Netherlands Public Prosecution office said in a statement Thursday.
