Spain’s Economy Will Keep Outperforming, CaixaBank Fund Unit Bets

Spain’s top asset manager expects the country’s economy to continue outpacing peers in Europe, boosted by domestic demand and tourism.

“Spain is going trough a great situation and we are extremely positive with the country now as the domestic demand and tourism are booming,” Ana Martín de Santa Olalla, chief executive officer of CaixaBank Asset Management, said at Bloomberg’s Future of Finance conference in Madrid on Wednesday.
