Senior US, Israeli Officials Travel to Egypt for Gaza Deal Talks

An Israeli delegation led by Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer — one of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s closest advisers — was set to travel to Sharm El-Sheikh, according to a person familiar with the matter, as was a US team that was expected to include US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, another two people said.
