VTTI Eyes Three Countries for Next LNG Terminal

Energy storage company VTTI BV is working on potential projects to receive liquefied natural gas in three countries as it expands its portfolio of import infrastructure.

The firm, backed by Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. and Vitol Group, is looking at installing floating regasification ships in South Africa, Malaysia and Colombia, Chief Executive Officer Guy Moeyens said in an interview on Thursday. By the end of 2025, VTTI expects to start development work on one of the projects, he said.
