A Russian barrage against Ukraine’s Black Sea city of Odesa left thousands without power after sudden flooding killed at least 10 people.

Russian drones attacked the city overnight, cutting electricity to nearly 60,000 households, the local branch of DTEK, the country’s biggest private energy company, said on its website Thursday. Engineers managed to restore power to more than 11,000 customers, with recovery work continuing, according to the statement.
