Robin Arzón has been through a lot since joining Peloton more than a decade ago. As one of its earliest instructors—and now the head of its fitness programing—Arzón saw Peloton explode from a niche fitness concept to a public company worth almost $50 billion at the height of the global pandemic. Now it’s now worth about $3 billion, but Arzón isn’t fazed.
“I don’t ride really high-highs or the low-lows,” says Arzón—who in a previous life was a corporate litigator—on the latest episode of The Deal with Alex Rodriguez and Jason Kelly. “I just have to have a really even-keeled mentality.”
