Guinea’s military leader announced the West African nation will hold elections in December, a week after voters approved a new constitution that allows him to take part in the race.
The poll will take place on Dec. 28, General Mamadi Doumbouya said in a decree read on state broadcaster Radio Television Guineenne on Saturday.
