Saudi Arabian vacation rental company Gathern is targeting an initial public offering in 2028 after securing $72 million in Series B funding, according to Chief Executive Officer Latifah Altamimi.

The fundraising, which closed last month and included capital from Sanabil Investments and Saudi Technology Ventures, will help the company diversify beyond accommodation and into car rentals, flights and curated experiences starting next year, Altamimi said in an interview.
