Capgemini SE attracted over €12.8 billion ($15 billion) of investor bids for a €4 billion four-part bond offering on Thursday, the day’s biggest deal in Europe’s primary market, as the French consulting group returned to issuance for the first time in over five years.

The Paris-based company soldBloomberg Terminal a two-year floating-rate note, along with fixed-rate bonds of three, six, and nine-years tenors, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified.
