Conceivable Life Sciences, which makes a robotic lab that can create human embryos, raised $50 million to help develop and launch its technology commercially at more in-vitro fertilization clinics with an aim to make it available in the US early next year.
Conceivable’s robotic lab, called the AURA, is making embryos for patients in Mexico City for a 100-person clinical trial that has already produced pregnancies, the company said. The investment round, led by Advance Venture Partners, brings Conceivable's total funding to $70 million, according to a statement Monday.
