Stellantis Financial Services US Corp. issued fixed- and floating-rate notes with tenors as long as five years, the person said, asking not to be identified disclosing private details. The five-year note will yield 1.8 percentage point above Treasuries, compared with initial price discussions that called for a yield in the area of 2.15 percentage points over the benchmark.
