Guyana Commission Rejects Opposition Call to Declare Poll Void

President Irfaan Ali dismissed the request by rival Aubrey Norton, saying he is ready to be sworn in for a second straight five-year term. The elections authority said the opposition would have to appeal to the South American country’s top court.
