The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined, the company said in a statement on Wednesday. It’s working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley and Allen & Co. on the listing, according to a person familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified because the information is not public. Via was valued at $3.5 billion after a 2023 funding round led by venture capital firm 83North. Other investors include Exor NV, Pitango and Janus Henderson.
