US, Gulf States Sanction Somali Terror Group Facilitators

The US sanctioned 15 members of al-Shabaab operating in Somalia for fundraising and supporting the terrorist group.

The targets that include leaders, operatives, and financial facilitators were also involved in the proliferation of improvised explosive devices, the US Treasury Department said in a statement Monday.
