Australia’s Top Banker Expects Slower, Shallower Rate-Cut Cycle

Commonwealth Bank of Australia Chief Executive Officer Matt Comyn said he expects interest rates to be reduced less than what some people are anticipating.
“It will be a slower and shallower cycle than many expect,” he said at the Australian Financial Review Business Summit in Sydney on Tuesday.
