Two People Dead in Germany After Car Drives Into Crowd

Two people died and five were several injured on Monday after a car drove into a crowd in the German city of Mannheim near Frankfurt.

Another five people suffered minor injuries, according to a statement by local police. The suspect, a 40-year old German citizen, has been arrested. Authorities said they currently don’t anticipate a political motive related to the attack.
