SailPoint Inc. and its shareholders, including main backer Thoma Bravo, lifted their price range for the security software company’s initial public offering, seeking to raise as much as $1.15 billion.

The Austin-based firm’s stock is being marketed to investors at a price range of $21 to $23 per share, up from the prior range of $19 to $21 apiece, according to a company filingBloomberg Terminal on Tuesday. The company and its backers are offering 50 million shares in the deal.
