US Vice President-elect JD Vance and Chinese Vice President Han Zheng discussed fentanyl and trade during a meeting in Washington on the eve of Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

The two met on Sunday, a day before Trump is sworn in for a second term. Han plans to attend the inaugural ceremony, which was moved inside because of subfreezing temperatures in Washington.
