The latest round in the power struggle between the founders of Turkey’s quick grocery delivery startup Getir BV and its main investor Mubadala Investment Co. is set to come to a head in Amsterdam this weekend.
The Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund said by email that it’d agreed on a “new transaction” for the Istanbul-based company with the independent members of the board. Mubadala said that Getir’s “founders have demonstrated an inability to complete” the agreement reached in June to restructure the firm.
