France Rejects Algerian Plot Claims After Ambassador Summoned

France dismissed allegations by Algeria it was involved in attempts to destabilize the North African country after authorities in Algiers summoned the French ambassador to reprimand him.
Algerian media, including newspaper Le Soir d’Algerie, on Sunday reported the envoy’s summoning, in what appeared the latest feud between the OPEC nation and its former colonial ruler. Algeria’s foreign ministry wasn’t available to comment.
