French President Emmanuel Macron plans to reappoint Thierry Breton as France’s EU Commissioner, Le Monde reports, citing unidentified people familiar.
Macron has informed fellow liberal leaders, as well as European Council President Charles Michel, of his choice before the start of the EU leaders summit in Brussels, according to the paper.
