Mastercard Inc.’s chief financial officer Sachin Mehra is helping the payments processor diversify its products while expanding its reach in areas such as e-commerce and crypto transactions.

Credit and debit card use has exploded. Is there a lot of growth ahead?
There still remains a very sizable consumer-payments opportunity, which we stand very well-poised to capitalize on. This is the trend of the shift from cash to electronic forms of payment. If you think about it globally, there’s still a ton of cash which remains to be electronified.
