We’re a culture obsessed with shortcuts: five-minute abs, 20-minute fat-melting HIIT workouts, immunity-boosting shots.
But there’s one investment that yields lucrative, feel-good dividends: “prehab.” As opposed to the “Owwwww” moment of pain that requires rehab, prehab takes a page from physical therapy. Its exercises use strength training, stretching, and manual manipulation (think deep-tissue massage) to prevent injuries in the first place.
