Bank of America Corp. named new leaders for its global mergers and acquisitions business after investment-banking fees surged to a record.

Kevin Brunner and Ivan Farman were promoted to co‐heads of global M&A from their current roles leading the business in the Americas from New York, according to a memo from Jack MacDonald and Thomas Sheehan, the company’s joint heads of global investment banking. A company spokesman confirmed the contents of the memo.
