Denmark’s GDP Bounces Back; Unemployment Declines Further

Denmark’s economy rebounded in the third quarter amid a brief lull in the coronavirus pandemic during the summer, with more recent data pointing to a resurgence of the virus and a difficult next few months.
Gross domestic product grew 4.9% from the previous three months and fell 4.0% from the same quarter of last year, Statistics Denmark said on Monday. The quarterly figure was in line with a trend indicator published on Nov. 13.
