Denmark’s Unemployment Rate Declines for Fourth Month

Denmark’s unemployment rate fell for a fourth month in a row in September, the latest sign that the economy may have weathered the Covid-19 pandemic better than most.

The gross rate came in at 4.8%, down from 4.9% in August, while the net rate fell to 4.3%, from 4.4%, Statistics Denmark said Friday.
