Arcor SAIC, Argentina’s largest candy maker, is looking abroad for expansion opportunities in 2020 as it seeks to counter what’s expected to be another year of sluggish growth at home.

Arcor is planning acquisitions of as much as $100 million in Mexico, Chief Executive Officer Luis Pagani said in an interview at his Buenos Aires office. The company is also expanding its operations in Africa, with a new production plant in Angola slated to be finished this year.
